I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.  Some people take up yoga as a workout or to help them relax. I took it up to find out who I am.

Yoga has taught me how to relax, not just my body, but also my mind and emotions. It’s  taught me how to adapt to change and deal with stress. Yoga helps clear up confusion of the mind and helps you realize what is important in life.
